2.1 To place bets or play games on 92pakgame, you must register a player account. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.
2.2 Each player may hold only one active account on 92pakgame at any time. Registering more than one account — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using a different email address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and any balances within them may be forfeited.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 92pakgame account credentials. 3.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification requirements. VIP Club members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing.
3.5 Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to the same 92pakgame account, and only in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.2 All bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 30,000 in total bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
4.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% to wagering. Table games such as roulette and certain other games may contribute at a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each game type are specified in the individual promotion terms.
4.4 Bonuses have an expiry period. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Any unwagered bonus balance will be removed from the account at the point of expiry.
4.5 92pakgame reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of a promotion, or void bonus winnings if it determines that a player has abused the promotion system. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-contribution games to complete wagering at minimal risk, or any coordinated bonus abuse involving multiple players.
4.6 Cashback and VIP Club rewards are calculated and credited according to their own specific terms, which are published on the relevant VIP Club page. These rewards may not be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
5.1 All bets placed on 92pakgame are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission unless the specific game or market explicitly provides a cash-out or edit facility.
5.2 The minimum stake for any single bet on 92pakgame is Rs 100 for sports betting markets and Rs 50 per spin for slot games. Maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and player account tier. Players who consistently place maximum bets across multiple markets may have their stake limits reviewed.
5.3 In the event of a technical error, system failure, or obvious pricing mistake that results in an incorrect bet being accepted at erroneous odds, 92pakgame reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
